This site aims to gather detailed accounts of how the Open Web can be used for teaching and learning and also welcome contributions from educators and learners who want to share how they first realised the potential of the Open Web for education.

While the OWLTEH Catalogue aims to cover a wide range of instances of the Open Web, the goal of this site is to focus on some of these applications and platforms and offer step-by-step information describing how educators and learners have adopted such tools in specific contexts.

This site is looking for two types of contributions:

  1. Approaches: particular ways in which educators have integrated specific instances of the the Open Web (i.e. tools, platforms) into the practice.
  2. Experiences: personal accounts of educators explaining how they first realised the potential of the Open Web for teaching and learning.
